Coming from a long lineage of Texas entrepreneurs and leaders, Conley has always carved his own path and has never avoided the new or the uncomfortable. From going to Ole Miss instead of the University of Texas, to being in a Texas country band, to becoming a commercial real estate broker at 23, he has actively sought challenges and boldly pursued new opportunities. In 2018, he formed Helm and began his next adventure of reshaping how commercial real estate is done. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, he is a husband and father of two. He is an active nature conservationist and is a board member for CleanTX.

Russell Davis brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in healthcare organizations and corporate clients. His comprehensive knowledge of the Texas market, spanning multiple product types and geographic areas, has enabled him to expertly manage site selection, lease and sale negotiations, and guide clients through the development process.
With involvement in over a million square feet of lease and sale transactions, Russell offers valuable insight from both the tenant and landlord perspectives, providing clients with a well-rounded, strategic advantage in negotiations. He prides himself on consistently delivering exceptional service and personal attention, always putting his clients’ needs first. His unwavering commitment to aligning real estate strategies with client goals is central to his mission of offering unparalleled dedication and excellence.

As a recent graduate with a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University, I’m excited to start my journey as a Broker Associate at Helm. I was drawn to Helm because of its unique approach to aligning real estate strategies with broader business objectives, something I believe is critical for long-term success. During my internships at Wayfinder Real Estate and Tiller Partners, I developed a passion for understanding how real estate decisions can drive value, and Helm’s commitment to client-focused, strategic consulting really resonated with me. I’m eager to learn, grow, and contribute to this dynamic team!
